About Us
SKYVIEW HOUSES & BARNS is a small, owner operated company which specializes in timber framed and conventionally framed energy efficient building techniques.
Our passion is to create unique, practical and sustainable structures. Our timber frames are
designed for strength and beauty. Our conventional framed building are well thought out and energy efficient.
We use traditional joinery, hardwood pegs and resource our lumber locally. We have many local suppliers for pine, oak, maple, hemlock and cedar lumber. Even our energy efficient windows and metal roofing materials are produced within 20 miles of our shop.

OWNER Scott King started SKYVIEW HOUSES & BARNS with a passion to create distinctive and well thought out structures.
We take great strides in sourcing our materials locally, working with local tradespeople and encouraging the most energy efficient building practices possible. Our small size allows the flexibility to accomplish a wide range of projects.
