We were working with him from out of state which made things more complicated.  He was very accommodating and made every effort to be available in the evenings or over weekends when we were up there.  He takes pride in his work and was willing to work with us through numerous changes to the plans.  He is flexible, will go the “extra mile”, and trust-worthy.   He does quality work and knows when to bring in others to help (e.g. tiling our bathrooms).  We were on a tight time schedule, and he made sure the project was completed on time. "Three years ago Skyview Houses and Barns built a small barn for me on my property.  I have been very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the structure.   The barn combines some features of timber framing and regular carpentry construction.  In terms of design I was not sure what I wanted or could afford.  I gave him some ideas of what I thought I wanted and my budget and he came up with some ideas. He was always supportive and informative on options.   Though I constructed the building with a barn in mind, visitors always remark that the timber frame is beautiful and something found in a timber frame house.  In the future, I plan to construct a new house on my property and will certainly want to work with Scott and Skyview again."
